- In the design stage we are recycling the vacuum exhaust thru wind turbines to create ENERGY!! It is called the "Turbine Box Module". Cleaner energy, cleaner carpet. Our company is built upon the idea of recycling energy to create more energy until it becomes non efficient. And we are not done yet.! Currently in the design phase we are working on a wind turbine box with the ability to generate up to 300 watts. Again we are recycling energy already being created using the exhaust of all 8 vacuum motors. These are the same motors used to preheat the water coils of the vacuum heat exchange. Thus recycling it 2 times.
Here are some of our systems of Recycled Energy Listed below:
- Direct Current Solar Turbine Water Pump System
- Water Turbines Charge battery pack when using Water pump or while washing the van. When water raises above 175 degrees it is released into the waste tank due to pressure building & spin the water turbines at high velocity to also charging the battery
- No Mess Solar Auto Waste Pump Out System. Pump will engaged when waste tank reaches 10 Gallons triggering a float in the waste tank
- Van Alternator Charging System with on/off switch. Charges battery when van is on or while driving
- Vacuum Preheat Exchange Water Heater. Exhaust from all 8 Vacuum motors up to 160 degrees are sent into a chamber that has 50 ft of water coil. Preheating the water
- Gas Generator Heat Exchange - Exhaust from gas generator is sent into a chamber with 50 ft of coil. Heating water up to 180 degrees. Mechanical Exhaust diverter is used to control heat. Combined with a mechanical heat valve that auto dumps into the waste tank when water temperature reaches 180 degrees.
Note;
All electrical type heat controllers thermostats eventually Fail and have problems. Our system has been in operation for over 9 years with No issues.

We replaced all made in China parts with the best quality that can be found. Made in the USA or equivalent

Approximate prices to repair Gas Powered Truckmounts vs. S.E.T.T.S. Systems. Factors to consider are the cost for parts, the cost to repair, the time in the shop. As well as the cost for maintenance. Shop labor is an average of $100 per hour and at least two days in the shop. I found that truckmounts start to develop problems at around 600 hours, right after your lease runs out. Most Maintenance is easily maintained by the owner without the need to pay for expensive labor and waiting days to have your truck repaired. Vacuum motors can be replaced in 10 minutes on the job site
Truckmount cost for blower $4000 plus labor plus 1 week in the shop.

It is still unknown exactly how long battery packs will last for our truckmount. Our current system has been running for almost 5 years with a loss of approx 5% in Performance. Manufacture says 7 to 10 years. I will keep you posted. That being said. You should save at least $70 per month to purchase another Battery pack in 7 to 10 years.
Gas should be saved in the event of a blackout. Gasoline generators can recharge the battery pack at the same time supply power for electricity. Your vehicle alternator also becomes a charging system for your batteries.
You might need this extra charging power if the whole neighborhood looses power. Natural gas and propane generators are extremely clean and are a good option to gasoline generators.
